There are three free versions to choose from depending on your specific requirements.

By combining WMS Express with the warehousing management functions in Dynamics 365 Business Central, you can effectively management the movement of inventory and more efficiently control your supply chain.
Android or Windows... the choice is yours
WMS Express can be supported on both Windows* and Android-based mobile devices. So whether you have existing hardware or you’re acquiring new hardware, there are a lot of compatible devices to choose from.
*Please contact Erp365 to verify device compatibility. A paid support plan from Insight Works is required for devices running Windows.
Support for a wide range of hardware
Insight Works’ WMS Express supports many makes and models of handheld devices, including mobile computers, tablets, smart-phones, wearables and more. This flexibility enables you to leverage existing infrastructure or to tailor the hardware selection to the specific needs of your environment. All major brands are supported including Datalogic, Zebra, and Honeywell.
Up to five devices per location: WMS Express enables companies to use up to five mobile devices per location, which for most organizations is more than enough. For those that need more, subscription options are available.

WMS Express from Insight Works is available to anyone using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud. Please note that WMS Express will only work with the cloud version of Business Central. If you require a WMS app for on-prem, please consider Warehouse Insight.
There is no license for WMS Express required from Insight Works. However, in order to connect your scanner to Business Central you will need a Business Central license. You can connect with either a Full User license or a Device license. Device licenses make the most sense if you have shared devices that are used by people that otherwise would not have a Business Central login.
WMS Express is a free add-on for Business Central Cloud. The only additional cost would be any additional user licenses required for Business Central. Enhanced support plans can also be purchased if you need assistance with setting up the system.
WMS Express licensing is free; however, WMS Express is designed to be installed on a mobile device. If you do not already have a mobile device, you’ll likely need to purchase a device. Phones can be used for trying out the system, but they are not a good choice for regular use in a warehouse. If you require one-on-one support, you’ll need to consider a paid support plan.
