Upsell customers using Copilot to suggest additional sales item lines and sales orders. Copilot can suggest and assist with creating sales lines on sales documents like Sales Quote, Sales Order, and Sales Invoice based on structured input or natural language. This drastically relieves the user of manual input and drives operational efficiency.
Versatile input methods: Copilot can accept various input methods, including free text, files, or prebuilt input prompt suggestions. This flexibility allows users to interact with the system in a way that is most convenient for them, further enhancing efficiency.

Additionally, Copilot can suggest sales lines based on sales recency and frequency of the given customer of the sales document.
Enhanced bank reconciliation
Bank reconciliation with Copilot AI will auto-match hundreds of transactions, saving hours of time when matching transactions and creating matching rules. Copilot analyses bank statements that you import into Business Central, matching transactions, and proposing entries for transactions that weren’t auto-matched.
Compare and interpret transaction descriptions, amounts, dates, and patterns across fields. Copilot improves the accuracy of your financial records while reducing manual effort.
There are two approaches to reconciling bank accounts with Copilot.
...from the bank account reconciliation list
With this approach, you create and reconcile a new bank account reconciliation from scratch. This approach requires you to select the bank account and import the bank statement file, if the bank account isn't linked to an online account.
...from a bank account reconciliation card
With this approach, you use Copilot either on a new bank account reconciliation that you create manually or by editing an existing reconciliation.
...from the bank account reconciliation list

Data-driven decisions with analysis assistance
Analyse data in Business Central with simple English questions; for example, type in the following requests and get Copilot to do the arduous work of creating a helpful report on the fly. First type in "Show me what customers owe us"; then type "Add due year and month and pivot on them; and lastly type "Add a filter for the top ten 60 day plus overdue amounts".
